Simon Samir
Chief Executive Officer
Simon Samir has more than 25 years’ experience in Hospitality Industry, including working in Orascom Hotels & Development and Jordan Project Tourism Development (JPTD) Hotel Segment, Aqaba – Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
He joined Stella Di Mare Hotels Management in 2018 as a Regional General Manager, in 2018 he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer on 2024.
Stella Di Mare Hotels Management company established in Dubai in 2018, aims to build a global reputation with iconic luxury hotels such as Stella Di Mare Dubai Marina Hotel, Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa Sharm El Sheikh, and Stella Di Mare Grand Hotel Ain Sokhna.
In his role, Simon Samir leads more than 2000 employees, managing the overall operations and resource of the company. Simon has taken Stella Di Mare Hotels Management to an altogether growth trajectory.

Muhamad Mustafa is a Regional Director of Revenue & E-Commerce with a demonstrated history in the hospitality industry. As an analytical strategist, he is highly skilled in areas such as Yield Management, Revenue Forecasting, and Electronic Distribution, and also possesses strong leadership and communication skills. Since 2019, Muhamad has served in his current role at Stella Di Mare Hotels & Resorts LLC, where he has improved the organization’s financial health and developed strategic plans to increase profits. Has more than 19 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, specializing in maintaining world-class hotel facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
He is a passionate sustainability leader, who drives the hotel’s environmental and social responsibility initiatives, ensuring alignment with global best practices and Stella Di Mare standards. He focuses on reducing the hotel’s carbon footprint, improving energy efficiency, and promoting sustainable guest experiences. Also, he oversees preventive maintenance programs and manage major capital projects.
Throughout his career, Mohamed Soliman has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development and industry best practices. He holds prestigious certifications and diplomas, including Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician (CMRT), Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Higher International Diploma Level 7 (Facilities Planning and Management), Facilities Management and is a Certified IOSH member. His expertise in food safety is further solidified with a Highfield Level 4 International Award in Managing Food Safety for Catering. Hsu Myat Thinn is a seasoned hospitality and administration professional with over 15 years of experience in luxury hotels and resorts across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Egypt. She currently serves as the Director of Internal Communication at Stella Di Mare Hotels & Resorts, where she leads strategic communication initiatives, supports executive decision-making, and fosters employee engagement.
Throughout her career, Hsu has excelled in guest services, operations management, and executive support, consistently delivering high-quality results in multicultural environments. She has been recognized with multiple awards, including the CEO Award of the Year and several Employee of the Month honors, reflecting her commitment to excellence and leadership.
